My experience with Model 204 was many years ago. I was given a 3270 terminal and a task to add some new features to an application that was developed using a Model 204 proprietary development tool. The task lasted about eight weeks. I was able to learn the development environment and make the necessary changes. This was done without training and with only the Model 204 documentation available.
